Why a devil?
In college, I challenged myself to focus on a single character for the duration of my painting course. That experiment became “Daredevil Neville”—a daring, creative, sly, and mischievous figure who quickly took over my sketchbooks. I drew him hundreds of times, and even after the course ended, I couldn’t stop.
Years later, while bartending, I found myself surrounded by bold aromas and unusual botanicals every night. I kept thinking, “What better way to share my art than to put him right in the bottle?” I remembered an old Scottish tale, The Bottle Imp, where a bottled imp grants wishes—always at a cost. It felt like the perfect way to bring together my art, my bartending craft, and my Scottish heritage. The idea stuck.
So I set out to craft a drink that captured the expressiveness of those botanicals, but without the alcohol—something rare, vibrant, and unmistakably unique.
That’s how The Bottle Imp was born, with Neville at its heart.

Sparkling Key Lime
Bright, snappy key lime leads the way, lifted by the unexpected creaminess and green complexity of fig leaf. Coriander and cardamom add a subtle, aromatic depth that makes each sip feel layered and intricate. Sweetened with organic cane sugar and perfectly carbonated, this is a refreshing sparkling beverage that drinks like a culinary experience.
